Ground Beef In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Patty ground beef into about 2-inch patties.
    Brown on both sides in a large skillet.
    Remove from skillet.
    Brown flour in fat; add water slowly, stirring to keep from lumping.
    Add milk, salt and pepper, stirring constantly to keep milk from curdling. Add hamburger patties and simmer for about 15 minutes.
