Nancy'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) pie crust
    6 1/2 oz. quality canned crab (be sure to remove shells and wash)
    2 large eggs
    1 c. cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. dry vermouth
    1 Tbsp. white onion, grated
    3 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Bake pie crust for 1 minute at 400\u00b0.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    This is so easy and is our favorite quiche.
