Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (cooked) ground beef
    1 large can pork and beans
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    8 oz. barbecue sauce (4 oz. each; hot and mild)
Preparation
    Wash and bake medium to large potatoes, bare-skinned, in oven until done.
    Turn once during cooking.
    (Cook 1 or 2 more than needed for additional stuffing.)
    Cool slightly.
    Carefully cut potatoes in half and scoop out of the shells, leaving a thin layer of potato in the shell to give it strength.
    Set shells aside.
