Polenta With Black Beans And Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 c. cornmeal
    black pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. cumin
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil; slowly add cornmeal.
    Use a whisk to prevent lumping.
    Add cumin and pepper.
    Reduce the heat and cook, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir often.
    When done, polenta should be thick and pull away from the sides of the pan.
    Top with black beans (drained) and salsa (recipe follows).
