Old Fashioned Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. sweet milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. shortening
    2 tsp. vanilla
    flour sufficient to make a soft dough
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar, then add 3 slightly beaten eggs. Add milk gradually with flour until soft dough forms.
    Add vanilla and more flour until thick enough to knead on floured board.
    Knead until smooth.
    Roll out a portion at a time and cut with any shaped cookie cutter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
