Spinach Pie With Muenster Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sliced Muenster cheese
    2 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
    1 (10 oz.) frozen orange squash, defrosted
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 small onion
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    dill and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Line a 10-inch pie plate with overlapping slices of Muenster cheese, covering the bottom and 3/4 of the way up the sides. Combine spinach, squash, cottage cheese, eggs, onion, Parmesan cheese, dill and pepper. Spread mixture over cheese evenly.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Allow to stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serves 4 to 6 slices.
