Mexican Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
    4 oz. mild Cheddar, grated
    4 oz. Colby, grated
    chopped jalapeno peppers to taste
    1 doz. scrambled eggs
Preparation
    Grate all cheeses; mix in eggs (scrambled) and jalapeno peppers.
    Bake in large Pyrex dish (sprayed with Pam) at 300\u00b0 for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until cheese begins to brown. Let cool about an hour before serving.
