Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    3 tomatoes, diced
    1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, drained
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
    dash of hot sauce
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
    1 medium pkg. taco chips or Fritos
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, bell pepper, onion and salt.
    Cook in a heavy skillet until done.
    Combine lettuce, tomatoes, kidney beans, cheese, hot sauce and Catalina dressing.
    Mix all ingredients and serve.
