Classic Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch quiche pie pan
    8 slices bacon
    1 medium onion, sliced
    4 beaten eggs
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of ground nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Bake pie crust at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of the drippings.
    Finely crumble bacon and set aside.
    Cook onion in the reserved drippings until tender; drain.
