Molded Avocado Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. grated onion
2 medium avocados, diced
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
Herb Mayonnaise
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add salt, lemon juice, horseradish and grated onion.
Cool.
Fold in avocados and celery. Pour in 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
Serve with Herb Mayonnaise. Serves 6 to 8.
