Crock-Pot Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, pared and cubed
    2 onions, chopped
    1 carrot, pared and sliced
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except evaporated milk in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours (high: 3 to 4 hours). Stir in milk during the last hour.
    If desired, mash potatoes before serving.
