Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 cans mushroom soup
    5 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Saute pepper, onion and celery.
    Add rice, soup, water and sausage.
    Place in covered baking dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
