Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
1 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix until blended.
Store in a lightly covered quart jar in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
