Refrigerator Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
    7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. warm water
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Cream shortening and sugar together.
    Stir in eggs, mashed potatoes and salt.
    Add the dissolved yeast and 1 cup of lukewarm water, drained from the potatoes.
    Mix in the flour by hand until dough is easy to handle. Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Place in greased bowl. Cover with damp cloth.
    Place in refrigerator.
    About two hours before baking time, shape into rolls and let rise in warm place. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
