Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can creamed corn
    2 eggs
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 small pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs with margarine. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese. Put in buttered casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes (until set). Sprinkle cheese on top. Serves 8.
