Orange Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Master Mix (see Miscellaneous section)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    juice of 1 orange
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. chopped raisins
    grated peel of 1 orange
Preparation
    Combine mix and sugar.
    Add enough water to orange juice to measure 1 cup of liquid.
    Mix liquid and eggs together.
    Stir 1 cup of egg mixture into mix; beat for 2 minutes.
    Add remaining liquid, raisins and orange peel.
    Beat for 1 minute longer.
    Pour into 2 wax paper-lined, 8-inch square pans.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Frost as desired.
