Gina'S New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. red or white new potatoes, halved
    1 c. 100% pure olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    pinch of Italian blend spices (oregano, parsley and basil)
Preparation
    Boil halved potatoes until they are almost fully cooked.
    In a frying pan, heat oil and place potatoes, faced down, and add garlic.
    Add salt, pepper and Italian blend.
    Turn occasionally; cook until golden brown.
