Casey'S Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    water
    2 crust pastry
Preparation
    Bring sugar, water and vinegar to boiling.
    Stir in butter until melted.
    Mix flour with a little cold water until smooth. Add to boiling liquid slowly and stir until thickened.
    Allow to cool slightly.
    Pour into shell.
    Cover top lattice-fashion with pastry strips.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake about 25 minutes.
