Cajun Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. potatoes, cubed
    4 eggs
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar dill relish
    3/4 pt. Miracle Whip
    Dijon mustard
    1 c. salad olives
    salt
    1 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes; let cool.
    Boil eggs; let cool. Combine potatoes and eggs, then add remaining ingredients.
    Keep in refrigerator until served.
