Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

17 oz. can each yellow cream style corn and whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. each onion and bell pepper, chopped
2 pimentos, chopped
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. cracker crumbs, rolled
1 egg, well beaten with 2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients in a 9x12x2 inch dish.
Bake in oven for 1 hour.
Serves 10.
