Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. Ranch dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Prepare and bake potatoes.
Cut each potato in half.
Scoop out inside of potato, leaving a thin shell.
Mash potatoes until little or no lumps remain.
Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.
Add 1/4 cup margarine while beating.
Spoon mixture back into shells.
