Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Sift together flour and salt. Add 1/2 cup lukewarm water to yeast; let stand 5 minutes. Make a hole in the flour; work in yeast mixture and remaining water. Oil hands and knead dough for 10 to 12 minutes. Cover; let rise in warm place for 2 hours. Roll out onto pizza pan. Add desired toppings. Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
