Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices white bread, crust removed
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk or half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage until crumbly; drain.
    Spread each slice of bread with butter; cut into cubes.
    Place bread cubes in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish.
    Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over mixture. Chill 8 hours.
    Remove and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
