Stuffed Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pork tenderloin
6 servings prepared stuffing (Stove Top)
3/4 c. chopped, peeled apples
8 pecans, chopped
2 or 3 razor thin slices Prosciutto ham
Preparation

Mix stuffing with apples and pecans.
Butterfly tenderloin. Lay Prosciutto on inside surface.
Stuff it, then roll it and tie tenderloin.
Place, seam side down, in greased pan.
Drizzle with margarine.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
