Betty'S Cheshire Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. grated cheese (1/4 lb.)
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    sesame seed, toasted
    2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt into bowl.
    Cut butter in with pastry blender until pebbly texture.
    Stir in cheese and seed.
    Mix together Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of water; sprinkle liquid over flour and toss gently.
    Add water until mixture clings together and forms a ball.
    Roll out to 1/8-inch thick; cut into 6 to 8-inch strips.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
