Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 green pepper (medium-size)
    1 large onion, cut up fine
Preparation
    Clean, peel and slice carrots crosswise or diagonally.
    Boil in salted water until tender-crisp.
    Drain and cool.
    Add cut up pepper and onion.
    Pour following dressing over vegetable mixture and refrigerate.
