Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh mushrooms (uniform in size)
2/3 c. olive oil
2/3 c. water
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Combine all except mushrooms.
Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
Drop in mushrooms and simmer 5 minutes, stirring mushrooms occasionally.
Remove from heat and allow to cool in marinade.
Refrigerate.
