Hot Turkey Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked cubed turkey
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    1/2 c. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix melted butter and crumbs.
    Set aside.
    Mix all other ingredients, except cheese.
    Place in buttered casserole.
    If mixture is too dry, add can of cream of chicken soup, thinned with half can milk.
    Top with cheese and sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
