Carrot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely grated carrots
    3/4 c. uncooked instant rice
    2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix carrots, rice, cheese, onion and basil.
    Spread in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with beater.
    Pour into plate (pie).
    Bake until knife inserted comes clean, 30 to 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
