Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
    1 c. toasted pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar.
    Stir well.
    Add flour, nuts and vanilla.
    Shape into balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until light brown.
    Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
