Breakfast Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Mix all other ingredients in bowl and add sausage.
    Pour into 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Prepare ahead. Refrigerate overnight.
