Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 stalks celery
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
    1/2 c. rice
    4 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage until crumbly; drain.
    Saute celery, onion and pepper in 1 tablespoon grease.
    Cook soup mix and rice in boiling water for 7 minutes.
    Mix all together and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Slivered almonds may be added if desired.
