Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil; add eggs, one at a time.
Beat well.
Add dry ingredients; fold in grated carrots and nuts.
Bake in large flat pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
