Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. cheese, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 long pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Mix Veg-All, cheese, onion and mayonnaise.
    Place in casserole.
    Crush crackers and sprinkle over vegetables.
    Pour melted oleo over crackers.
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
