Chinese-Style Chicken Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. small cabbage, shredded
3 large stalks celery, cut into strips
3 small carrots, cut into julienne strips
3 small onions, sliced
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 1/4 c. chicken broth
hot cooked rice
Preparation

Saute first 4 ingredients in hot oil in a skillet over high heat for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Remove from skillet. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Saute chicken in drippings in skillet until tender.
Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and chicken broth, stirring until cornstarch dissolves.
Add to chicken and stir until mixture begins to bubble.
Cook 1 minute.
Stir constantly.
Return vegetables to skillet.
Stir until heated. Serve over rice.
Makes approximately 6 servings.
