Western Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice ham, diced
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Beat eggs with water, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter.
    Add green pepper and onion.
    Cook until soft (about 8 minutes).
    Add beaten eggs and cook until light brown on bottom.
    Fold and serve.
