Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix tomatoes and sugar together.
    Add onions and blend in skillet.
    Melt butter.
    Place bread crumbs in butter and brown. In casserole dish, place one layer of bread crumbs.
    Then one layer of tomato mixture.
    Continue layering, ending with 1 layer of bread crumbs on top.
    Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
    Yield: 4 servings.
