Ham And Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced cooked ham
    6 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown ham slightly in butter.
    Whip potatoes until smooth and mix with eggs, milk, lemon juice and salt; whip again.
    Mix with ham and drippings; turn into a buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
