Chicken Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts
    1 1/2 to 2 heads lettuce
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
    1/4 c. sesame or poppy seed
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts 1/2 to 1 hour and sliver after cooked. Mix chicken, lettuce and onions a couple hours ahead of time.
    Mix in seed, noodles and almonds right before serving.
