Turkey Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked turkey, dried
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. blanched almonds, slivered
1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
chow mein noodles or crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir soup into mayonnaise. Toss with turkey mixture.
Pour into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with noodles.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
