Breaded Veal-Wiener Schnitzel - cooking recipe

4 veal steaks
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Beat eggs and add milk.
Dip steak in egg and milk mixture; dip in cracker crumbs.
Repeat procedure.
In lightly oiled frying pan, brown on both sides.
Place in oblong pan with 1/4 cup water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
