Sausage Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. seasoned croutons
1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. ground sausage
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
dash of pepper
1/2 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
Preparation

Grease pan, 9 x 13-inch.
Spread croutons on bottom and sprinkle cheese over
croutons.
Brown
and
drain sausage and put over cheese.
Beat\trest
of
ingredients, except soup and 1/2 can milk, and
pour
over.
Refrigerate or freeze.
Before putting in oven mix mushroom
soup
and
1/2 can milk and pour over top. Bake at 325\u00b0
for 1 1/2 hours.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Serves 12 to 15 people.
