Hobo Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. canned milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 to 10 potatoes
    2 medium onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Press hamburger in bottom of 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with canned milk, salt and pepper.
    Slice potatoes over milk.
    Slice onions over potatoes. Cube cheese on top of onions.
    Cover with mushroom soup.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
    Uncover and brown top.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Add a green salad and you have a quick meal.
