Ham, Cheese And Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

1 box frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
1 c. chopped, cooked ham
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack, shredded
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add ham and onion.
Lightly brown.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Press liquid from broccoli by blotting between paper towels.
Toss broccoli in flour.
In medium bowl, lightly beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in cooled ham and onion mixture. Add broccoli and 1 cup cheese.
Pour onto unbaked pie shell. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle more cheese on top. Bake 15 minutes.
