Stir-Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, coarsely chopped
    2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stir-fry cabbage, celery and onion in butter in a heavy Dutch oven for 5 minutes over high heat.
    Cover and remove from heat. Let steam until cabbage is tender (about 5 to 7 minutes).
    Stir in salt and pepper.
