Snow Pea Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. trimmed snow peas
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. white wine or oil
    1 tsp. chicken stock or water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. 5-spice powder (optional)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil (or wine for no fat) in preheated wok and stir-fry snow peas 1 minute.
    Add mushrooms and stir-fry another minute. Combine stock, sugar, 5-spice powder and soy sauce.
    Pour into mushroom-pea mixture and stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Serves 4.
