John'S Suzette Sauce Flambe!!! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    juice of 1 orange
    2 Tbsp. grenadine
    1 Tbsp. cognac
    1 Tbsp. rum
    1 Tbsp. Cointreau
Preparation
    Melt butter in a chafing dish, then add sugar and allow to cook a few minutes.
    Add orange juice and grenadine, stirring constantly.
    Add the rolled pancakes, turning each in the sauce until well covered.
    Add the liqueurs, light with a match, and turn pancakes, in flaming sauce, until the flame burns out.
    Serve immediately.
