Salad With A Multitude Of Sins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 to 3/4 c. nuts, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Stir gelatin and marshmallows in hot water until melted. Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Add cheese, celery, pineapple, nuts and lemon juice.
Add combined whipped cream and mayonnaise.
Pour into an 8 x 12 x 2-inch glass dish.
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
