My Version Of Oriental Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    plain bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 to 6 thick pork chops, trimmed off fat
    1 red pepper, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rings
    1 green pepper, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rings
    1 onion, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rings
    6 mushrooms (large), sliced into 1/2-inch thick rings
Preparation
    Melt together first four ingredients.
    Add salt and pepper to crumbs.
    Dip meat and vegetables into the liquid and then into crumbs.
    Arrange breaded chops in a Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Top with the breaded vegetables.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until done, 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
