Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. fine ground hamburg
2 tsp. celery salt
1 sweet pepper, chopped
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
2 qt. tomato juice
2 tsp. red powdered pepper
3 tsp. paprika
1 box chili powder
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Brown hamburg and celery salt.
Add sweet pepper, celery and onions.
Then add tomato juice, red pepper, paprika, chili powder, salt and black pepper.
Bring to a boil and simmer 2 hours.
(May use garlic salt and oregano, if desired.)
